2. How to reserve
(1) Please fill the attached application form and send it by fax or mail.
(2) Then pay full deposit with credit card within a week from the date of your application.
(3) On receipt of your payment, we will send you a confirmation slip for your accommodation with a hotel map accordingly.
(4) Please note: if your requested hotel is booked up, we will offer other options of hotels on the same grade.

5. Cancellation fee
If you cancel or change your reservation, please send the notice by fax or mail as soon as possible.
If you cancel the reservation, we will refund the amount of balance after deduction of the following cancellation fee and communication charge to your account.
