To register for PET Pharmacokinetic course, please first apply through this website and enter your background and reasons you want to participate within 200 words. Please understand that since the number of participants is limited to 50, there is no guarantee that you will be accepted for participation. Please note that you will be notified within 2 weeks after your application has been received. If you are accepted, the payment instructions will be informed by e-mail on April 2, 2007 (Japan time).

Confirmation:
If you are accepted, the payment instruction will be informed. Upon receipt of your fees, a confirmation letter will be sent to you by e-mail. Please be sure to present this confirmation letter at the registration desk when you arrive.
